Note:

  1. The fees mentioned above is per annum.
  2. The student should bring account payee cheque/s for fees in the name of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed To Be University.
  3. Student also must bring cheque/s for securing future fee.
  4. The Sumandeep Vidyapeeth accepts payment only towards admission fee, tuition fee and other fees as notified.
  5. Sumandeep Vidyapeeth does not charge capitation fee or donation in whatever nomenclature or form.
  6. College Deposit is refunded without interest after completion of course and on clearing all dues of the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth.
  7. Every student shall pay tuition fee and other fee, as prescribed by the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the due date notified. The annual fee prescribed will be the same for entire duration of the course.
  8. If the fees paid after due date, the student will have to pay fine of Rs. 150/- per day.

If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees* remitted by the student.

NOTE: *

  1. In case of (1) in the table above, the HEI concerned shall deduct an amount not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount.
  2. In Case of (5) in the table above, the payment of the fees for balance years by redeeming unconditional bank guarantee/ cheques in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth for the payable amount if the student leaves the course after the 30 days of formally – notified Last Date of admission or during middle of Course.
  3. Fees shall be refunded by all HEIs to an eligible student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard.

SUMANDEEP VIDYAPEETH DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY

BOND INFORMATION FOR STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION TO MPT / M. Sc (Nursing) / NPCC / Pharm. D (PB) / M. Pharm. / MBA (Healthcare) /M. Sc Medical / MPH / M.Sc in Para Medical / PG Diploma in Clinical Research (2019 – 2020)

  1. Students granted admission will have to secure the payment of the fees for balance years by providing an undertaking and unconditional bank guarantee in favour of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University for the payable amount which can beenchased by Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University in the event the fees are not paid and /or the student leaves the course mid-stream.
  2. To facilitate, at the option of the students, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University will accept un-dated account payee cheque towards the payable fee/s amount to be drawn in the name of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University alongwith an affidavit and covering letter asserting that the cheque is in lieu of security for payment of fees and can be encashed in the event the fees are not paid and /or the student leaves the course mid-stream.
  3. If on verification, the information and/or documents furnished by the candidate at the time of admission is found to be fraudulent /forged and the admission is cancelled by virtue of this, in such cases too, the cheque/s submitted by the candidate in lieu of security for payment of fees for balance years, shall be encashed.
  4. Students of Jain Minority Category taking admission in PG course- MPT / M. Sc (Nursing) / NPCC / Pharm. D (PB) / M. Pharm. / MBA (Healthcare) /M. Sc Medical / MPH / M.Sc in Para Medical / PG Diploma in Clinical Research  will have 10% concession in the form of scholarship in their fees.
  5. In the event of the student admitted under the Jain Minority Category Leaves the course anytime after admission, apart from 1, 2, and 3 above for him / her the following terms and conditions will also be applicable:

ADMISSION POLICY

Admission for MPT / M Pharm / Pharm D (PB) / M.Sc (Nursing) / M.Sc (Medical) / NPCC (Nursing)/ MBA & MPH courses in all the categories defined hereunder shall be made on the basis of merit scored in SVCET/ Qualifying examination. In addition, the student seeking admission to MPT / M Pharm /Pharm D (PB) / M.Sc (Nursing) / M.Sc (Medical) / NPCC (Nursing)/ MBA, MPH, M.Sc (Para Medical) and PG Diploma in Clinical Research shall also meet other eligibility criteria given by respective statutory bodies.

In case the number of applications for a particular course are either less than or equal to the allotted number of seats then, the selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of inter-se-merit of the candidate at the qualifying examination taking into consideration the preference given by the candidate and availability of seat in the branch/discipline of his/her choice at counseling.

Tie Breaker

  1. Candidate with less attempt will be given preference.
  2. A candidate securing higher percentage of marks in the aggregate of marks at the first, second, third & final year exam taken (as applicable) all together will be preferred.
  3. A candidate securing higher percentage of marks in the aggregate of marks in the aggregate of marks in the final year examination  will be preferred.
  4. A candidate securing higher percentage of marks in PCB/ PCM /overall  in the 10+2 examination will be preferred.
  5. A candidate securing higher percentage of aggregate marks in S.S.C examination will be preferred.
  6. The age will be considered & who is older in age will be preferred.
  7. The tie-breaker points can be considered either singally or all together as the case may be.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission for MPT / M Pharm / Pharm D (PB) / M.Sc (Nursing) / M.Sc (Medical) / NPCC (Nursing)/MBA & MPH courses in all the categories defined shall be made on the basis of merit scored in SVCET/ Qualifying examination, as the case may be. In addition, the student seeking admission to MPT /M Pharm / Pharm D (PB) / M.Sc (Nursing) / M.Sc (Medical) / NPCC (Nursing)/MBA MPH, M.Sc (Para Medical) and PG Diploma in Clinical Research shall also meet other eligibility criteria given by respective statutory bodies.

As per the policy of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth if the number of Applications for MPT / M Pharm / Pharm D (PB) / M.Sc (Nursing) / M.Sc (Medical) / NPCC (Nursing) /MBA MPH, M.Sc (Para Medical) and PG Diploma in Clinical Research Programs are less than the intake capacity of the respective courses, then admissions will be on the basis inter-se-merit at qualifying examination.

The student needs to undergo with following process for admissions.

  1. Students need to submit duly filled application form online or to the Admission Cell.
  2. The candidate short-listed on merit-list in each category will be called for counseling.
  3. The candidate will have to appear for counseling at their own cost.
  4. The physical presence of the candidate and one of the parents/guardian at the time of counseling is essential.
  5. Absence of the candidate at the specified time, date and venue will result in forfeiture of any claim for admission and university will not be responsible for the same.
  6. Asking a candidate to report for counseling does not mean that he/she will be admitted to the course. The actual admission will depend upon the course and seat availability, when his/her turn comes in order of his /her inter-se-merit position.
  7. The candidate has to prove his/her identity at reception desk and sign in the attendances register.
  8. The candidate has to present his/her original testimonial of all the documents.
  9. The documents of the candidates will be scrutinized by the authorized officer and the eligibility of the candidates for admission is ascertained from the original documents and if found eligible, the Eligibility Certificate will be issued by authorized officer.
  10. Students granted admission will have to secure the payment of the fees for balance years by providing an undertaking and unconditional bank guarantee in favour of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University for the payable amount which can be enchased by Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University in the event the fees are not paid and /or the student leaves the course mid-stream.
  11. Candidates admitted into the Master of Physiotherapy course should have passed the B.P.T. degree examination of this university or B.P.T. / B.Physio. or B.Sc (PT) degree examination of any other recognized university accepted by the authority of this university as equivalent thereto and has completed six months compulsory rotatory internship in a teaching institute or other institutions recognized by this university and the National body of Physiotherapists. It is desirable that applicants should have worked as a qualified physiotherapist for at least one year in a Hospital / Institution prior to admission to the post-graduate course.

Candidate admitted in MPT Course must be a member of Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy (GSCPT) and / or apply for the same immediately after admission

Pharmacy

  1. M. Pharm

A Pass in the following examinations

a) B. Pharm Degree examination of an Indian university established by law in India from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India and has scored not less than 55 % of the maximum marks (aggregate of 4 years / 8 Semesters of B. Pharm.)

b) Every student, selected for admission to post graduate pharmacy program in any PCI approved institution  should have obtained registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of his/her admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled.

Note: It is mandatory to submit a migration certificate obtained from the respective university where the candidate had passed his/her qualifying degree (B.Pharm.)

A pass in B. Pharm from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act:

Nursing

M.Sc.(N)

  • The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
  • The Minimum education requirements shall be the passing of: B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  • The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  • Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  • Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

NPCC

  • The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
  • The Minimum education requirements shall be the passing of: B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  • The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  • Minimum one year of clinical work experience
  • Admission can be sought by in-service or other.
  • Student shall work in Dhiraj General Hospital for Clinical Expertise as stipulated by Indian Nursing Council.
  • Other Candidates may opt for in-service category

MBA

  • Candidate who have MBBS/ BDS/ BPT/ BAMS/ BHMS or any other graduate degree recognized by University are eligible.
  • Those candidates holding valid CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score are exempted from this entrance exam.
